Our pralines are characterized by a thin shell and complex textures, various creams—some based on nut praline and some on cream—tangy fruits, spices, and flowers. The dark pralines are made from 72% chocolate and the filling is also intense but balanced. The milk chocolate pralines are characterized by a caramel and buttery flavor.
